Anyone else miss the days of having a reliable CB like AlBadhari after watching disasterclass from Saleh game after game 😬 entirely preventable errors, frustrating to see such an even game that easily could’ve swung in our favor if not for silly decisions and poor defensive discipline. Sad ending to what has to feel like a a very disappointing qualifying campaign
Could not agree more. Lots of question marks on the new leadership selecting Saleh ahead of Yaser Hamed and letting him play the full 90 - he had a hand in all 3 goals we conceded and the third one was just the cherry on top (WHYY?!). Fully expected him to get pulled at half time but oh well. On the plus side, all the new players look like they'll be solid additions, especially Taha and Hamlawi!
